The Saratoga Solar Energy Center is a proposed 150+ megawatt solar energy project located in Wood County, Wisconsin that will generate homegrown energy to meet the nation's growing demand for cleaner, more affordable, reliable electricity, while creating jobs and investing in local communities.

Community Benefits

Energy expansion is only possible if it works for local communities and economies. We are committed to responsible development of the Saratoga Solar project and will work with Saratoga and Wood Counties to ensure that we are meeting the needs and concerns of these jurisdictions via a Joint Development Agreement. The Saratoga Solar Energy Center will help create family-sustaining jobs and local economic investment.

Preparing for construction includes completing any remaining environmental surveys, establishing a Vegetation Management plan, working with our engineers to finalize the site layout, and executing any outstanding contracts.
